»Immofinanz AG« Annual Report — Illustrations

»Immofinanz« is the leading real-estate company in Central Europe and also one of the largest property companies on the European continent.
Büro X asked me to come up with information graphics for the provided complex Excel sheets. The main theme of this annual report was to show how complicated it is to make money with properties by yourself and, on the other hand, how easy it can be if »Immofinanz« takes care of it.
The challenging part was to reduce the data and graphic as much as possible in order to simplify it for every reader, however, without losing the complexity of the process of real-estate investments.
